No, I haven’t seen anything like that online. Sorry I can’t be of any help to you. :(

I did the homework, and I can partially answer the question. Fuji TV designed the shirts for Kaga to wear during the show and kept them in wardrobe. The overall design of the shirt was never released to the public for sale, and even if it did, it would cost hundreds of dollars USD because each shirt is tailored for the person wearing it. Sorry for being the bearer of bad news, but that is what happened to the shirt design.
